If you want the Italian inventions are several, so many that I could not list them from memory. But there are some elements of design which are real inventions that have revolutionized the industry and especially the lifestyle of the Italians. Over time some have become true icons not only for us but for the whole world. An example for all? The Vespa! Invented by aeronautical engineer Corradino D’ascanio in 1946 for Piaggio is the icon of Italy Economic Boom and consecrated in the world thanks to Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn in Vacanze romane. Today, to celebrate the Italian design thinks Emily Isles, an Illustrator and designer who has created these beautiful posters that illustrate some of Italy's most famous inventions with a brief explanation of the history of the project. The project is called Italian Inventions and for the moment illustrates the moka, la vespa, l'ape and the legendary typewriter Olivetti lettera 22. The posters are very nice and well presented and I hope she make more!
