After the article of how to decorate the interior with concrete could not miss another classic building material: i bricks. Suitable for every possible combination and highly versatile ’ are ideal for those who love the style vintage or industrial, But if you're more romantic and love warm and feminine atmospheres there is a chance for you.

In this case I want to bring you some internal example made with brick to give a warmer and full effect to your home, not to mention that even a simple material has little rules to follow.

In the previous article we saw how to furnish the Interior with cement and even as cool style may result if not properly lit.

Con i mattoni a vista la stessa stanza acquista calore e un senso di familiarità che con il giusto arredamento e buoni accostamenti cromatici vi daranno una immediata sensazione di comfort e relax.

It is not difficult to imagine that a wall brick can offer different possibilities of furniture, from the classic to the modern effortlessly. A classic example of how are used the bricks, for us, are the taverne, it's usually have colour combinations that I do not hesitate to define old: brown / yellow / orange, not to forget dark wood furnishings and floral print here and there, sometimes without a precise order.

The result? Heavy environment, stuffy, little bright.

When you decide to leave the natural color of the bricks (red or brown) We must not forget that mean brightness to the room so the ideal would ’ make only a brick wall and leave the other shiny white, adding all furniture natural tones and textures.

The result is a room with a hot but unobtrusive effect, natural light and personal comfort.

That you choose to decorate with vintage style, rustic or modern it is important not to forget the rule of less is more. You make the material and textures work without burdening them with unnecessary decorations.

      Hi Albert,
I think the room in question is a classic example of industrial recovery. The base of the wall is too irregular to be a modern work. The effect “soiled” You can create artificially to give the idea of a living wall!
However I would say that it's solid brick with facing bricks. On the market they also sell fake thinner bricks to be applied over the plaster which reproduce the same effect.
